Installation & Handling Notes
Important Considerations:
• Store panels flat in a dry, well-ventilated area. Avoid stacking more than 10 panels high to prevent deformation.
• Install only in environments with relative humidity below 90% and temperature between 5°C and 40°C.
• Cut panels using a fine-tooth saw or utility knife. Wear dust mask and eye protection when cutting to minimize gypsum dust inhalation.
• Ensure the T-bar grid is level and securely fixed before installation. Allow 24 hours for panels to acclimatize to room conditions before fixing.
• Clean surface with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents that may damage the PVC film.
• For perforated patterns, periodic inspection of dust accumulation in holes is recommended for optimal acoustic performance.
